Bowling first, Pakistan’s Green Shirts put up a remarkable display, limiting the Caribbean side to a modest total of 201 runs in 45 overs. The bowling attack, led by Abdul Qadir with three crucial wickets, made the task even more challenging for West Indies. Narsingh Devnarine and Derry Balgobin made notable contributions, scoring 49 and 45 runs, respectively.

However, they lost their last eight wickets for just 59 runs, ultimately being bowled out for 211 in 44.1 overs. The USA’s spin quartet led the fightback, engineering a come-from-behind win.
