Cricket fever is reaching its peak as the Pakistan Super League (PSL 9) unveils its official anthem for season 9, and there’s a familiar voice behind the microphone – Ali Zafar. After a three-season hiatus, the beloved artist returns to grace the PSL stage, much to the delight of fans who have long missed his electrifying energy.
Zafar’s association with the PSL is legendary. His infectious anthem “Seeti Bajegi” from the inaugural season remains a fan favorite, solidifying his place as the voice of Pakistani cricket’s premier league.
However, recent controversies surrounding harassment allegations led to Zafar’s absence in previous seasons. With the allegations remaining unproven and a new administration at the helm, the doors have reopened for the singer’s triumphant return.
Titled “Khul Ke Khel,” the anthem embodies the spirit of uninhibited passion and fearless play that defines the PSL.
