Adelaide Strikers and RAA Unite in Landmark Partnership

Adelaide Strikers partnership with RAA

The South Australian Cricket Association (SACA) and the Adelaide Strikers have confirmed a new three-year Major Partnership with RAA, marking a significant collaboration between two of South Australia’s most iconic member-driven organisations.

With more than 830,000 members across the state, RAA joins forces with SACA to bring the thrill of Big Bash cricket to more South Australians than ever before. The deal ensures both Adelaide Strikers’ BBL and WBBL teams will benefit equally, underlining a strong commitment to promoting men’s and women’s cricket at the elite level.

Supporting the Next Generation

Beyond match-day excitement, the partnership will extend to vital SACA development programs, including the Emerging Leaders Program, which mentors young female cricketers to become leaders both on and off the field.

From the upcoming season, RAA’s branding will appear on Strikers’ playing kits and off-field apparel, symbolizing the deep alignment between the two organisations.

Shared Vision and Local Pride

SACA Chief Executive Officer Charlie Hodgson hailed the agreement as a perfect match of values and ambition:

“Partnering with a proud South Australian brand like RAA is a perfect match for SACA and the Adelaide Strikers, as two organisations dedicated to serving our members and our state. This partnership champions cricket at all levels while also investing in the future through programs like our Emerging Leaders initiative.”

RAA CEO Nick Reade expressed his pride in supporting cricket in South Australia, highlighting the shared heritage of both institutions:

“Our new partnership with SACA will see two of South Australia’s oldest and most iconic organisations join forces. We are proud to support such an important sporting organisation and provide our members with exclusive benefits, including ticket upgrades, giveaways, and opportunities to meet players.”

A Win for Members and Fans

This collaboration is set to enhance the match-day experience at Adelaide Oval while offering tangible benefits for members of both organisations. From cricket development to elite performance, the partnership represents a major boost for South Australian cricket.
