The inaugural edition of the Nepal T20 League had its 30th match today after which the league stage matches of the league have been completed with four teams qualifying for the next stage, playoffs.
With Lumbini All Stars leading the points table, Lumbini All Stars, Janakpur Royals, Biratnagar Super Kings and Kathmandu Knights have entered the playoffs of the Nepal T20 League 2022.
Lumbini All Stars is the team with the least defeats in the league stage of the league who faced only two losses in their total of 10 games and leads the points table with 16 points in total. Janakpur Royals following the Lumbini All Stars in the points table have 14 points in total as they won 7 matches and lost 3 in the league stage matches. Biratnagar Super Kings and Kathmandu Knights with 5 and 4 wins respectively, in the league stage, have qualified for the playoffs.
Far West United and Pokhara Avengers are out of the tournament with both of them having 3 wins each from their 10 total matches in the league stage of the inaugural Nepal T20 League.

The league will undergo the Qualifier 1 match tomorrow, between Lumbini All Stars and Janakpur Royals followed by an Eliminator between Biratnagar Super Kings and Kathmandu Knights on 9 January 2023. On 10 January 2023, Qualifier 2 will be played between the Loser of Qualifier 1 and the Winner of the Eliminator. The league will have the final on 11 January 2023 where the Winner of Qualifier 1 and the Winner of Qualifier 2 will head for the title of the tournament.
