Vikram Rathour Joins Rajasthan Royals Coaching Team as their batting coach, bringing his extensive experience and technical expertise to the IPL franchise. After a five-year stint as India’s batting coach, Rathour reunites with Rajasthan Royals head coach Rahul Dravid, who praised Rathour’s calm demeanour and deep understanding of Indian cricketing conditions. “Having worked closely with Vikram for many years, I can confidently say that his technical expertise, calm demeanor, and deep understanding of Indian conditions make him a perfect fit for the Royals,” Dravid said in a statement.

Rathour’s appointment marks his second IPL coaching role, having previously worked with Punjab Kings. His contract with the Indian team ended after their successful T20 World Cup campaign in the Caribbean, making him available for Rajasthan Royals coaching team. Rathour expressed his excitement about working with Dravid again and shared his enthusiasm for helping the Royals develop top-class players for both India and the IPL.
