The 48th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) concluded with Gujarat Titans (GT) finding a nine-wicket win over Rajasthan Royals (RR).
Rajasthan Royals had won the toss and elected to bat first in the match.
Batting first, RR made 118 runs in 17.5 overs before they got all out by GT. Sanju Samson was the top run-scorer for the team with 30 runs in 20 deliveries followed by Trent Boult with 15 runs in 11 deliveries.
Rashid Khan took three wickets for Gujarat Titans in the match with Noor Ahmad taking two wickets. Mohammed Shami, Hardik Pandya and Josh Little took a wicket each to join the wicket-taking party. GT conceded eight extras to RR while bowling.
Gujarat Titans made 119 runs for the loss of a wicket in the match to win the match in 13.5 overs. Wriddhiman Saha made 41* runs in 34 deliveries, Hardik Pandya made 39* in 15 deliveries and Shubman Gill made 36(35) to lead the team to the win.
Yuzvendra Chalal was the bowler from RR to take a wicket in the match for the team. He had a bowling spell of 3.5-0-22-1 in the match. RR conceded three extras to GT while bowling.
Gujarat Titans won the match by nine wickets. Rashid Khan was the Player of the Match for his 4-0-14-3 while bowling in the match against Rajasthan Royals.
