The 36th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 concluded with KKR taking a 21 runs victory over RCB.

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) who were invited to bat first in the match started their inning with Jason Roy and Narayan Jagadeesan. Jason made 29-ball 56 runs with Narayan making 27 runs from 29 balls. Venkatesh Iyer and Nitish Rana added 31(26) and 48(21) respectively for the team while batting. Andre Russell got out for a single in double deliveries with Rinku Singh and David Wiese making 18*(10) and 12*(3) respectively. KKR made 200 runs in total in the first inning at the loss of five wickets.
Wanindu Hasaranga de Silva and Vijaykumar Vyshak took two wickets each with Mohammed Siraj taking a wicket for the team in the match. RCB conceded seven extras to KKR while bowling in the match.
RCB started their inning with Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis. Virat Kohli played a 37-ball 54 runs for the team with Faf du Plessis being out at 17 runs in 7 deliveries. Shahbaz Ahmed and Glenn Maxwell were out at 2(5) and 5(4) respectively. Mahipal Lomror and Dinesh Karthik played 34(18) and 22(18) innings respectively for the team in the match. Suyash Prabhudessai and Wanindu Hasaranga de Silva made 10(9) and 5(4) in the chase. David Willey and Vijaykumar Vyshak made 11*(10) and 13*(8) respectively in the match. RCB made 179/8 in the second inning of the match.
Varun Chakravarthy took three wickets for KKR in the match with Suyash Sharma and Andre Russell taking two wickets each. KKR conceded six extras to RCB while bowling in the game.
KKR won the match by 21 runs.
