The 65th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) concluded with RCB finding an eight-wicket victory over the Sunrisers Hyderabad.
RCB had won the toss and elected to field first in the match.
Batting first, SRH made a total of 186 runs for the loss of five wickets which include Heinrich Klaasen’s power-century innings of 104 runs in 51 deliveries that turned SRH’s weak start into a strong total in the game.
Michael Bracewell took two wickets in the match for RCB with Mohammed Siraj and Shahbaz Ahmed taking a wicket each along with Harshal Patel.
RCB made 187 runs for the loss of two wickets in 19.2 overs to win the match. Virat Kohli was the top performer with bat from the team with 100 runs in 63 deliveries followed by Faf du Plessis with 71 runs in 47 deliveries.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar and T Natarajan took a wicket each for SRH in the match.
RCB won by eight wickets.
