The second match of the Netherlands Men’s A International Series concluded with Netherlands A finding a 62-run victory over Italy.
Netherlands A had won the toss and elected to bat first in the match.
Batting first, Netherlands A made a total of 197 runs for the loss of four wickets. Teja Nidamanuru made the most 62 runs in 44 deliveries for the team in the match followed by Musa Ahmad with 54 runs in 41 deliveries.
Abdul Khan and Nimna Da Silver took two wickets each for Italy in the match. Italy conceded 17 extras to Netherlands A while bowling.
Italy made 135 runs for the loss of eight wickets in the second inning of the match with Samarage Pruthuvi making the most 54 runs in 27 deliveries followed by Robert Farina with 25* runs in 28 deliveries.
Clayton Floyd took three wickets for Netherlands A in the match with Kyle Klein and Shariz Ahmad taking two wickets each. Sebastiaan Braat took a wicket to join the wicket-taking party. Netherlands A conceded 7 extras to Italy while bowling.
Netherlands A won the match by 62 runs and lead the series 2-0.
