Pakistan’s all-rounder, Shadab Khan later on Friday, referred to Babar Azam as the “Leo Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo” of cricket.
The Pakistan cricket team, who are in the Netherlands for the three-match ODI series, were invited to visit the Amsterdamsche Football Club (AFC). Players from both camps were introduced to each other and had enough time to chat and converse.
An official video posted by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) showcased Babar Azam, Haris Rauf, and Abdullah Shafique’s likes in the Ajax camp.
Pakistan all-rounder Shadab Khan, while answering questions from former Manchester United goalkeeper and current Chief Executive Edwin van der Sar, declared that Babar Azam is the Messi and Ronaldo of cricket.
Ajax also promoted the Pakistan cricket team visit on their social media account and captioned, “When football meets cricket.”
