- Chris Gaffaney (New Zealand): Makes his league debut, officiating the Multan Sultans vs. Karachi Kings match on February 18th.
- Ahsan Raza (Pakistan): Brings his expertise to the league once again.
- Michael Gough (England): Returns for his fifth HBL PSL season.
