Rhinos and Gladiators match abandoned, they shared a point each
Rhinos were in all sorts of trouble as they lost their 7 wickets inside 10 overs before the rain came. After the rain interval game never been able to restart.
Young Durgesh Jha rattled Pokhara Rhinos before rain spoiled their party. Gladiators’ young left-armer took 3/16 including 1 maiden after veteran Dhammika Prasad removed South African opener Richard Levi for a duck.
Avinash, Bohara, too, joined the party removing Lokesh Bam on his first delivery to further reduce Pokhara down to 12/5. Lankan international Asela Gunaratne tried to rescue Rhinos but fell on 23 off 16.
Bibek Yadav remained unbeaten on 16 and Bikram Sob on 7 before rain interrupted the play. As a result, one point each was shared between both teams.
