The Cambodia Women tour of Singapore 2025 showcased the gulf in experience and execution between the two teams. Singapore Women not only registered a 3–0 whitewash, but also unearthed fresh talents like Ada Bhasin while their experienced campaigners Shafina Mahesh, Diviya, and Bommareddy continued to dominate.
Match 1: Singapore Women Clinch Opening T20I by 3 Wickets in Thriller
The series began on a tense note, with both teams battling hard at the Singapore National Cricket Ground. Cambodia posted a modest total, but their bowlers pushed Singapore to the edge. In the end, Singapore Women held their nerve and chased down the target with three wickets to spare, taking a 1–0 lead.
- Key Performer: Skipper Shafina Mahesh played a gritty innings to anchor the chase.
- Turning Point: A late-order flourish by GK Diviya ensured Singapore crossed the line.
Match 2: Laasya Bommareddy Wrecks Cambodia in Record 114-Run Win
The second T20I saw Singapore flex their dominance. Batting first, they posted 148/7, thanks to Devika Galia’s patient 45 and GK Diviya’s quickfire 28. Cambodia, in reply, crumbled spectacularly, bundled out for 34 runs in just 13.2 overs.
It was a day to remember for Laasya Bommareddy, who produced a fiery spell of 4/14, dismantling the Cambodian middle order. Roshni Seth (2/5) and Haresh Dhavina (2/3) cleaned up the tail.
- Result: Singapore Women won by 114 runs.

Match 3: Shafina Mahesh and Ada Bhasin Shine as Singapore Seal Whitewash
With the series already sealed, Singapore went for the jugular in the third T20I. Batting first, captain Shafina Mahesh scored a commanding 68 off 62 balls, guiding her team to 171/4. Cambodia’s bowlers again struggled with discipline, conceding 43 extras including 30 wides.
In response, Cambodia limped to 69/7, never threatening the chase. The star of the day was Ada Bhasin, who bowled one of the most economical spells in T20I history: 4 overs, 3 maidens, 1 run, 3 wickets. She was ably supported by Dhavina (2/10) and Riyaa Bhasin (1/28).
- Result: Singapore Women won by 102 runs.
