South Africa Women defeated West Indies Women by 10 wickets in the low-scoring game where West Indies Women were able to set the target of 98 runs to South Africa Women from the unexpected start of 5/2 on the board.
In the match, West Indies Women won the toss and elected to bat first. With the opener Rashada Williams losing her wicket for a run in 1.4 overs and Shemaine Campbelle losing her wicket in run out, in 4.2 overs, while she had scored only a run in the game, West Indies Women got the start they were not looking for. From 5/2 on the board in 4.2 overs, they managed to reach to 97/6 in 20 overs with Hayley Matthews and Shabika Gajnabi playing innings of 34(26) and 33(34) respectively.

Openers Laura Wolvaardt and Tazmin Brits led the South Africa Women to victory in the game making 42*(39) and 50*(43) respectively. They led the team to victory in 13.4 overs.
