South African pace all-rounder Corbin Bosch is set to make his mark in the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) 10 player draft. The franchise league confirmed his registration on Saturday, adding another star name to the much-anticipated event.
The 30-year-old recently impressed in international cricket during South Africa’s ODI series against Pakistan. On his ODI debut, Bosch showcased his potential with an unbeaten 40-run knock and a crucial wicket. His Test debut was even more memorable, as he claimed a wicket with his very first delivery in the format. This rare feat, achieved against Shan Masood at SuperSport Park, places him in elite company alongside Australia’s Nathan Lyon.
Bosch’s growing reputation extends to T20 franchise cricket, where he has built a solid track record. He has competed in high-profile leagues such as the SA20, Caribbean Premier League (CPL), and Mzansi Super League. During his CPL career, Bosch demonstrated his all-round abilities, scoring 321 runs and taking nine wickets across 19 matches.

By joining the PSL 10 draft, Bosch becomes the 14th overseas player to register for the landmark tournament. He will compete for a spot alongside other international stars, including Rilee Rossouw, Colin Munro, Daryl Mitchell, Tom Kohler-Cadmore, and Shakib Al Hasan, among others.
This year’s player draft promises to be a unique affair, taking place in Balochistan for the first time. The picturesque port city of Gwadar will host the event on January 11, 2025. Fans are eagerly awaiting the draft as teams finalize their rosters. Lahore Qalandars, two-time champions, will kick off the platinum category with the first pick, followed by Karachi Kings. Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi will pick third and fourth, while Multan Sultans and Islamabad United wrap up the round.
