The Super Six stage teams for the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifiers 2023 have been confirmed following Sri Lanka’s victory over Scotland by 82 runs at Queens Sports Club on Tuesday. The teams progressing to the Super Six stage are Zimbabwe, Netherlands, and West Indies from Group A, and Sri Lanka, Scotland, and Oman from Group B. In this stage, the teams will only face the sides they did not meet in the group stage.
All the points earned in the group stage will be carried over to the Super Six stage, except those obtained against teams that failed to qualify. The top two finalists in the Super Six stage will secure their spots in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.
