The 39th and 40th matches of the BPL featured today conclude between Khulna Tigers vs. Sylhet Strikers and Chattogram Challengers vs. Rangpur Riders . The Sylhet Strikers and Rangpur Riders won their respective matches in the 39th and 40th matches of the BPL.
The first match of the day was played at the Sher-E-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur and featured the Khulna Tigers against the Sylhet Strikers. The Khulna Tigers won the toss and elected to bat first.

In reply, the Rangpur Riders chase a target. Riders able to scored 135/3 in 16 overs and won the game by 7 wickets. Rahmanullah Gurbaz made 46 runs off 30 balls for the Rangpur Riders.
