
Indian pacer Mohammad Shami has recieved severe backlash for his reply to a tweet by legendary fast-bowler Shoaib Akhtar.After Pakistan’s loss in the final of the T20 World Cup against England on Sunday, Akhtar posted a broken heart emoji on his official twitter account.
While quoting Akhtar’s tweet, Shami said “sorry brother, it’s call karma”.
However, netizens, especially Pakistan cricket fans, were not impressed with Shami’s response and they took to Twitter to share their displeasure. Shami’s comment on Akhtar’s post has gone viral on social media and fans are criticizing Shami for his tweet.
Last year, during the T20 World Cup 2021, Indian fans bashed Shami badly for hisi performnce and Pakistani fans appreciated Mohammad Shami for his efforts. The fans are furious that Shami has joined the club of Irfan Pathan, Harbhajan Singh, Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag for loosing worldwide respect courtesy cheap and illogical comments on Pakistan Cricket.
