Malaysia is set to host the ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup 2025 from 18 January to 2 February. Thailand have withdrawn to co-host the tournament.
There will be total of 41 games in the T20 World Cup, coupled with 16 warm-up fixtures before the start of the tournament.
Malaysia U19 Women got direct entry to the tournament as the host, and another ICC Associate member from the Asia region will join the main event through a qualifier. Zimbabwe will be part of Africa qualifier.
There are total of 4 groups in the tournament.
Group A: India, West Indies, Sri Lanka, Malaysia
Group B: England, Pakistan, Ireland and USA
Group C: New Zealand, South Africa, Africa’s Qualifier and Samoa
Group D: Australia, Bangladesh, Asia’s Qualifier and Scotland
