The landmark appearance came during India’s ICC Champions Trophy 2025 match against New Zealand at the Dubai International Stadium on Sunday.

With this feat, Kohli joins an exclusive list of Indian cricketing greats, including MS Dhoni, Rahul Dravid, and Sourav Ganguly. Leading the pack is the legendary Sachin Tendulkar, who holds the record for the most ODI appearances by an Indian with 463 matches.
