Pakistani fast bowler Naseem Shah has faced an extended absence from cricket, being sidelined for the past four months due to an injury sustained during the Asia Cup 2023. The promising cricketer, known for his pace and swing, has been on the road to recovery, leaving fans anxious about his readiness for the upcoming Pakistan Super League, PSL 2024.
In a surprising move ahead of the PSL 2024 season, the bowler was transferred from the Quetta Gladiators to Islamabad United. Questions arose regarding his fitness, especially after missing out on the World Cup 2023 due to the lingering effects of his injury.

Naseem, who made his debut in the Pakistan Super League in 2020, has yet to experience the thrill of playoff cricket. With 29 matches under his belt in the league, he has managed to secure 26 wickets, showcasing his potential as a wicket-taking bowler.
