International Cricket Council (ICC) have already announced the official warm-up matches for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024. The warm-up matches will begin on 28 September 2024 and will run till 1 October 2024.

28 September 2024: Pakistan Women vs Scotland Women; Sri Lanka Women vs Bangladesh Women
29 September 2024: New Zealand Women vs South Africa Women; India Women vs West Indies Women; Australia Women vs England Women
30 September 2024: Scotland Women vs Sri Lanka Women; Bangladesh Women vs Pakistan Women
1 October 2024: West Indies Women vs Australia Women; England Women vs New Zealand Women; South Africa Women vs India Women

About 2024 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup:
The 2024 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup is scheduled to begin from 3 October and will run till 20 October. The tournament format(s) are Group stage and knockout. UAE will host the event after an political issue in Bangladesh. A total of ten participants are in the world cup. There will be a total of 23 matches in the tournament. Bangladesh have qualified in the world cup as hosts. Top 6 teams from the previous tournament, excluding hosts were also qualified automatically for the world cup which include Australia, England, India, South Africa, New Zealand and West Indies. Pakistan got qualified being the next highest ranked team on 27 February 2023. Scotland and Sri Lanka got qualified through the 2024 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier.
