Preview: Pakistan Super League 2020, Match 2, Karachi Kings vs Peshawar Zalmi

After defeat in last season’s final, Peshawar Zalmi starts its 2020 Pakistan Super League campaign against Karachi Kings.

Peshawar Zalmi have added Shoaib Malik and big-hitting Englishmen Tom Banton and Liam Livingstone to the team which finished second last season.

They have also retained the services of Kamran Akmal, Darren Sammy, and Imam-ul-Haq, but they will start the tournament without Kieron Pollard due to international commitments.

Karachi Kings, on the other hand, are looking to improve on last season’s fourth-place finish.

The Kings have Babar Azam and Mohammad Amir in their squad and have signed Alex Hales and Chris Jordan for this year’s tournament.
