Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators meet for the second time in the 2020 Pakistan Super League as the action heads to Rawalpindi for the first time.

Gladiators beat United in the opening game in Karachi on the 20th of February, with Mohammad Hasnain claiming 4-25.
