The Multan Sultans have won two from three so far, getting back to winning ways in their first match on ‘home’ soil against Peshawar Zalmi las time out. Sohail Tanvir took 4-13 as they bowled Zalmi out for 123, and Rilee Rossouw’s unbeaten 49 ensured a comfortable six-wicket win with 31 balls to spare.

Karachi Kings, on the other hand, won their opening game against Zalmi after Babar Azam’s 78 had led them to 201/4. They faced defending champions Quetta Gladiators next up, but their score of 156/9 was below-par as they lost by five wickets with an over remaining.
