France Cricket will be hosting Women’s teams from Jersey, Austria, and Spain in a 4-nation Women’s T20I tournament in May 2022 at Dreux Sports cricket club. This will be the first T20Is for the Spanish Women’s teams, while Jersey Women and Austria Women will be making their second trip to the country, having participated in an earlier held quadrangular series in July/August 2019.
This will be the first International assignment for the French Women’s team, which was last seen in action during the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Europe qualifiers held in Spain in August 2021. Jersey Women’s team is also scheduled to play multiple series in 2022, which also includes a bi-lateral WT20I series in August with Austria Women’s team.
