The seventh edition of the Abu Dhabi T10 is set to kick off on November 28, 2023, promising an exciting start with the defending champions, Deccan Gladiators, facing off against the New York Strikers, who were last season’s runners-up.
Gladiators, who clinched the coveted title in a nail-biting finale, are determined to maintain their reign and have assembled a formidable squad for this season. Meanwhile, the Strikers, who made their debut in the previous edition, are eager to build on their previous success and establish themselves as strong contenders.
This edition of the tournament features seven additional teams competing for the prestigious Abu Dhabi T10 trophy alongside Deccan Gladiators and New York Strikers. The roster includes the Northern Warriors, Morrisville Samp Army, Delhi Bulls, Team Abu Dhabi, and Chennai Braves.
To ensure a balanced competition, four teams will play four home games, while the other four will participate in three home games. The league schedule allows all teams to enjoy three days of rest during the intense 12-day tournament.
As the league stage unfolds, the top four teams will secure their spots in the playoffs. On December 8, 2023, the first Qualifier will pit the top two teams against each other, offering a direct path to the final. Simultaneously, the teams finishing third and fourth will engage in the Eliminator match, where the stakes are high as only one team will advance to the Qualifier 2.
The final of the tournament is scheduled for Saturday, December 9, 2023, when the two surviving teams will battle it out for the ultimate honor.
