Former Pakistan Academies Director and all-rounder Mudassar Nazar has demanded Resignation from chief selector Muhammad Wasim over the unfair treatment of Azam Khan
Azam was dropped from Pakistan’s T20 World cup squad with former captain Sarfaraz Ahmad taking his place.
Speaking to the Express-News, Nazar said that Azam khan has been led down by the selection committee.
“Azam Khan was made fun of for his selection. After that, the selection committee has decided to drop him and ruin his confidence. This is unfair treatment,” said Nazar.
Nazar Further stated that “if the selection committee has made a U-Turn on their decision then it means their initial selection was wrong”
Pakistan Cricket Team will fly to the United Arab Emirates for the T20 World Cup on October 15
